The Freedom Christian Academy Patriots formed the USA Clay Target Shooting team for the fall of the 2026 season. This team is a coed team made up of student-athletes between grades 6 and 12.
The club meets at the Clay Target Center in Spring Lake, NC once a week for practice and competition. Freedom is one of only 12 schools in the state to have a USA sanctioned Clay Target team, and the only school with one in the Fayetteville area.
In their first season of existence, the team traveled to Cherryville and finished runner-up in the NC State Clay Target tournament.
