Freedom offers art classes throughout a student’s school career from Kindergarten through grade 12. AP Art is offered to high school students. Students in grades K-5 have art every week, and students in grades 6-12 may choose art as an elective class.
Our mission is to provide art students an opportunity to express individuality through the creation of artwork. We endeavor to serve others by using our artistic talent and creative knowledge. Students will be introduced to a wide variety of hands-on long and short-term projects using both 2-D and 3-D processes, such as Drawing, Ceramics, Printmaking, Painting, Computer Graphics, and Sculpture.
Projects include stage and set designs for various school plays and productions, submissions for Fine Arts Night, the ACSI Art Show, community artist opportunities, and so much more! We partake in unique art experiences that stimulate minds through hands-on activities.
