Children must be at least 15 months old by August 31 to be considered for enrollment.

  • Application/Fee
    • Online forms
    • Upload required documents:
      • Birth Certificate
      • Social Security Card
      • Immunization Record
      • Pastoral Recommendation-sent from the provided email address in the application.
        (After all forms and recommendations have been received, a family interview will be scheduled)
  • Admissions Committee review 
    • Enrollment/Fee
    • If accepted, an acceptance letter will be emailed with instructions to set up your FACTS Management account. All tuition payments and billing will be done through FACTS Management. 
    • Fill out any additional online forms. NOTE: Your child is not officially enrolled at Freedom Christian Academy until the online enrollment packet has been submitted.
