Children must be at least 15 months old by August 31 to be considered for enrollment.

- Upload required documents:
- Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
- Immunization Record
- Pastoral Recommendation-sent from the provided email address in the application.
(After all forms and recommendations have been received, a family interview will be scheduled)
- Admissions Committee review
- Enrollment/Fee
- If accepted, an acceptance letter will be emailed with instructions to set up your FACTS Management account. All tuition payments and billing will be done through FACTS Management.
- Fill out any additional online forms. NOTE: Your child is not officially enrolled at Freedom Christian Academy until the online enrollment packet has been submitted.
